All personnel within the company are responsible for the ABF LT quality of their work. The company provides training and has established systems to assist all personnel in achieving the standards required. While we endeavor to produce work and offer a service that we can be proud of, we have to recognize that we don’t consistently achieve our own standards. If a customer complains, we are committed to investigating the complaint. We will do our best to put right all justified complaints.

The policy, organization, and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in ABF LT Quality Management System.
The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the quality system. Quality Manager reports regularly to the Managing Director on the system’s implementation, status, and effectiveness.

The objectives of ABF LT are set out in the Business Plan. The goals for individual jobs are to carry out the works to the client’s satisfaction under the contract as agreed with.

Well-known and reliable monitoring system MONITOR ERP is chosen for monitoring core management and manufacturing activities at ABF LT.

Quality control is performed by quality engineers on a shift basis using various certified measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). As a result, ABF LT can adapt to the ongoing and growing quality demands of the market.
